Payment of the price of the order must be received before the order is released for delivery. L’amour Beauty Services aims to dispatch orders within 1 week, however, in some cases orders may be released on the day of order. Payment can be made using any major credit or debit card and holders will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment declines to authorise payment to us, we will not be responsible/liable for any delay or non-delivery. Payments will be collected by PAYPAL who provides a completely secure site. Payments can be made by cheque; however, we do not accept third party cheques and orders will not be processed until the cheque has cleared.

All orders will be despatched via Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any damage that occurs to the products whilst in the hands of Royal Mail. Lamour Beauty will ensure that products are not damaged when they leave our premises. However, if you receive the wrong order or a product is faulty, returns should be made to L’amour Beauty Services, 52 Harrow Road Warlingham Surrey CR6 9EW within 14 days of the date of the invoice and sent back to with the original invoice before the correct goods or a replacement can be dispatched.
